May, 1981	The company was established in 5-chome, Hon-machi, Joetsu-city, Niigata by making development of a microcomputer, electronic-components sale, service, application apparatus, and software, and manufacture into main business. The capital was 7 million yen.
May, 1982	The head office was relocated to No,1310, Kida, Kida central building, Joetsu-city.
